DIR US Board
Founded in 2005 by Dr. Frederick Shaw, Developing Indigenous Resources (DIR) is a charitable, non-profit corporation incorporated in the State of California, and recognized by the US Treasury Department under 501(c)3. As such, it governance is overseen by an independent Board, members of which also fulfill the roles of Officers.
