Developing Indigenous Resources is at its core an organization that provides opportunity for residents of low-income communities to build the skills and knowledge needed to transform their own lives. Our work in Janta Colony has created approximately 20 full-time jobs for individuals who become leaders of social change. In this respect, DIR Staff are the most important component of the organizational structure.

To provide guidance on long-term goals and ensure DIR complies with the rules and norms that govern operation of non-profit entities, DIR has boards that operate in both the United States and in India.
